Rafael Blanco Jr.

As Property Manager, Rafael is responsible for managing CL Real Estate Development’s portfolio of commercial and residential properties. This includes interfacing with current and prospective tenants, as well as organizing and overseeing property maintenance. Rafael serves a dual role that includes project management. As a Project Manager, Rafael works with the architects, designers, and contractors to ensure each project moves from concept to completion. Rafael came to CL Real Estate with a diverse background in managing residential community maintenance as well experience in managing, planning, and overseeing the execution of efficient daily maintenance operations, shut down turnovers, and large capital projects in industrial manufacturing.
