Nick A. Fox

Nick A. Fox is the VP of Construction and Development at CL RED. Nick is a seasoned construction management and development professional with a background spanning all phases of development, from conceptualization and design to site selection, construction oversight, and facility management. With a proven track record, Nick has successfully managed project teams for a diverse range of endeavors, including both small and large-scale renovation projects, ground-up construction of commercial buildings, and comprehensive facilities management services.

Nick brings a strong sense of leadership to our projects. By championing strong communication between owners, developers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers, he provides all involved with a positive experience through cultivated relationships and delivers exceptional bottom-line results.

His extensive construction management experience encompasses various sectors, including Office/Retail, Restaurant/Entertainment, Municipal, Educational, Commercial, and Medical/Healthcare.

Nick’s commitment to excellence is rooted in his United States Marine Corps background. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology/Construction Management from Illinois State University.
