Brant Cohen

Brant has the exciting responsibility of identifying and assessing new projects for CLRED. His role requires constant communication with community leaders, local partners, and investors. Brant is always looking at new opportunities where our investment will have the most catalytic and transformative impact. As a Development Associate, he guides each project in his portfolio to completion while working in close connection with the rest of the CLRED team. He develops the project concept, works with consultants and clients, helps identify the development team, and organizes the business operations. After graduating from Hillsdale College in 2018 he joined our office. Today he currently oversees projects in Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, and Suburban Chicago.
