Alexander Chemical

Situated outside of LaPorte, IN in the Kingsbury Industrial Park, this site was originally part of an ammunition factory. Alexander Chemical operates its chemical manufacturing facility on this site. Alexander Chemical has grown significantly since its acquisition in 2010 by Carus Group Inc. Since then, they expanded their product line and services which primarily include a wide array of drinking water treatment chemicals. To match their growth Alexander is looking to construct a proper headquarters facility adjacent to the plant. 

This project will include the construction of a new two-story, 9,500 SF office facility equipped with modern office space amenities for their growing staff, 18 offices, proper training rooms, additional storage, and improved security space. Additional site improvements will include new parking lots, an enhanced entrance drive with a new security guard house, and landscaping. This project was designed by the renowned architect, Dirk Lohan, and his associates.
