Steven Hussey is the President of CLRED, bringing nearly 37 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As a seasoned leader, Steve has a proven track record in asset and property management, financial/operational team building, and strategic business development across a wide range of sectors, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hospitality, and educational assets.

Prior to joining CLRED, Steve served as the Founder and CEO of Entrivis Asset Services, LLC, a premier provider of comprehensive asset/property management and owner advisory services, and as the Co-Owner and President of Strata Contractors, a Chicago based general contracting firm specializing in commercial repurposing and development projects.

Steve’s extensive background includes key leadership positions with renowned firms such as JMB Realty, Tanguay Burke Stratton, Equity Asset Management, U.S. Equities Realty, Grubb & Ellis, Tishman Speyer, Vanderbilt Office Properties, and CA Ventures. Known for his innovative approach to client retention and business growth, Steve excels at creating “out of the box” solutions, even in challenging economic environments.
