In the 1970s, Washington IL was proclaimed to be a “City on the grow” and 50 years later, that still rings true today. CL Real Estate is proud to be a part of that growth. This past December, we received unanimous approval from the City Council to begin a new project on the square in downtown Washington, IL. CLRED is excited to take on this project with the help of our excellent local partners and our sister company, Tangled Roots Brewing Co. to bring a restaurant and brewpub with upper floor residential units to Washington Square. Our team has already hit the ground running, designing what we know will be a wonderful, beautiful edifice on historic Washington Square. Washington is a town ready for a transformation like the one we know we can bring.
